Perfxion 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2004 Last weekI ran a virus check and everything was fine and clean. Then I get the dreaded McAfee subscription is almost up message and let it go for the rest of the week. Then the other day I picked up McAfee Internet Suite and loaded everything and updated everything. I was able to use everything on my PC. I run a spyware check and get about 28 worms found and deleted them. I then try to update my Kazaa to version 2.6 and can't uninstall Kazaa. Now I try going into Control Panel and Windows Explorer crashes, EACH time. I try restarting and it crashes again. I ran virus scan and to see if any new virus were placed down on my PC. I got a crappy HP with XP on it and can't wait until July when I buy my new PC. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Perfxion 0 Report post Posted February 2, 2004 Part 2: Everything working for a few days now everything decides to die on me. I can't Windows Explorer or IE to even THINK about opening.
