Is the WWE Rousing Itself Off The Mat?

If the WWF fans "recognized" the Radicals when they showed up, then why didn't they "recognize" Booker and DDP and some of the other more notable WCW wrestlers when they showed up...or at least "recognize" them to the extent of treating their appearances as something important?

They did recognize them. Didn't DDP get a pretty good pop when he pulled that mask off to reveal himself as Sara's stalker?

 

Didn't Booker debut by attacking Rock? People knew.

Unfortunately, yes.

 

Some of the guys got good reactions when they showed up, but the Booker vs. Bagwell match on that one Raw absolutely tanked everything and they panicked.

 

You'll get no argument from me that WWE completely screwed up the Invasion(not to mention a whole lot of other stuff since then).
