Guest PowerPB13 Report post Posted January 26, 2004 If the WWF fans "recognized" the Radicals when they showed up, then why didn't they "recognize" Booker and DDP and some of the other more notable WCW wrestlers when they showed up...or at least "recognize" them to the extent of treating their appearances as something important? -Patrick

Radicalz were treated as a huge deal.
Slingshot Suplex 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2004 They did recognize them. Didn't DDP get a pretty good pop when he pulled that mask off to reveal himself as Sara's stalker? Didn't Booker debut by attacking Rock? People knew.

Radicalz were treated as a huge deal. Booker debuted by attacking Austin, separate from Shane. DDP debuted as the stalker of Undertaker's wife, again separate from Shane. WWE has a really weird double standard when it comes to incoming people paying their dues...some people have to do it, some don't. -Patrick

Unfortunately, yes. Some of the guys got good reactions when they showed up, but the Booker vs. Bagwell match on that one Raw absolutely tanked everything and they panicked. You'll get no argument from me that WWE completely screwed up the Invasion(not to mention a whole lot of other stuff since then). -Patrick
Slingshot Suplex 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2004 Bagwell has made an indy career out of that match and his mom.
