Yay, it's Paul London!!!

And Billy Kidman, even if they lose, I'm still happy.

Why exactly did Vince come out?

To yell at Heyman about losing Benoit.

I understand that, but why? He owns the entire WWE, has no reason to care if Benoit goes to RAW or not, and in the end he didn't give a damn anyway.

I hate when things happen like that, and it's for no good reason.

Would be nice if they said SOMETHING about Spanky being gone, instead of acting like he never existed. How hard would it be to just say that Spanky left Smackdown!, and they wish him well in all future endeavors?

It's not like Spanky was ever on SD anyways.

To sustain the illusion of two competing brands, perhaps.

Yeah, and how nice is it that they wait until Spanky leaves to put London on Smackdown. It's almost as if they are sending a message to Spanky along the lines of "Had you stayed, you'd be on Smackdown too, so ha."

he was, just not nearly often enough...still, wouldn't it be a bit more realistic, to explain things like that, instead of ignoring it?

Very true. Most likely not directing to Spanky, more to the current midcarders in velocity/Heat Hell, though.

That would be acceptable if Vince McMahon didn't freaking own the entire WWE, both brands.

Oh man, Dawn Marie looks smokin.

Agreed.

Anyone think Angle has a chance? I could see him winning.

I'll put my money on Eddie G.

Nah. Nunzio will win for sure.

[keep in mind I didn't read spoilers]

It could be interpreted as just insubordination, by letting this happen, without letting Vince know first.

And, they already had the interaction of the two GM's on RAW, so have Vince come out pissed off that Heyman just let Benoit go(without Vince's approval), and thus making the brands uneven in talent.

Face it, it would take over 20 Ortons to match up to a SINGLE Benoit!
