Orton's original botched RKO on Jericho was edited out (very well, actually), making it look like the only attempt on it was the successful one. If you don't follow someone down on a diamond cutter, nothing is gonna happen. It looks like Orton surprised Jericho a little, but as with both botched moves I would blame both men. But what a lot of people have against Orton is the fact that he immediately went and repeated it, which drew a lot of attention. Though that also can be partially attributed to Jericho, as he could have dropped the Walls, and get ready to turn around to confront Orton only to be RKO-ed for good.
