And with Rock off tv and Beniot not yet back, Edge is the only over Face I can think of that would be placed in a feud with Jericho or Angle. I don't think he's that bad anyway, but no way main event status. But the whole point of the draft was to elevate wrestlers.

Perhaps you are on to something and this is the reason that all his matches have sucked since his return. His intensity makes all his opponents dizzy and they can't wrestle properly. Doesn't matter anyways, Benoit comes back in a month... Have you ever thought that maybe instead of Angle being pushed to the mid-card, that the main event is collapsing upon itself... Think about it: Austin, Angle, Taker, RVD, Rock, HHH, Benoit, Hogan, Hall, Jericho, Kane and Edge are either Main Eventers now, or could be within a few weeks... With 12 People in the "main event" that means that up to 6 matches are being taken up a PPV for the Main Event only...

Edge has to stop the old Jericho-Style Smartass promo's, bulk up(sad but true), and get a believable finisher before he can main event.And i'm Sure AngleSault will have another few hudred reasons as to why Edge can't main event as well. Hall is well past his best, just like he was 5 years ago. Just watch his match with Austin from RAW last week. If he's put in a main event, then the Big Show should be a shoe-in for a Wrestlemania Title shot. Kane while improving verbally is still too predictable in the ring and not really taken as seriously as he was back in 1998.
