This will be the second year I've been to it, and it truly is the biggest party on the face of the earth. Last year, I made out with around ten girls (and, fortunatly, I am not lying as my friends took pictures of me with all these girls) and even sucked on a slightly older womans nipple for her drink. NoCalMike 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2004 My city does a mock Mardi Gras, but as you can imagine they don't allow any of the fun stuff(drinking in public, public nudity) sure a couple people will sneak some beer and a few girls may decide to be the ultamite rebels and flash their tits, but it is an insult to even call it Mardi Gras.
