Dogbert 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2004 Wasn't Shawn known for being pretty heavy on the pain killers? Him working as much as he does now and being injured is just asking for him to go back to his old ways. Nah....I'm sure God is helping him through this pain. God write's prescriptions now??? Well, most doctors do think they're God...
Guest KJ Brackish Report post Posted February 22, 2004 This is semi-related...... on the new WWF.com website, my registered name is Shawn Michaels. My first gimmick name! w00t w00t. Come visit me over there~! DFA I've got your partner in crime. Are you Chris Benoit on the board?!? AngleFan keeps telling me to stop impersonating a wrestler! On-TOPIC: HBK will hopefully work it through okay. His ACL can't be THAT bad or else he'd have a storyline real quick and drop out of the 3-way. DFA

This was either considered a troll post or spacifically intended to piss of people. Fortunate for you, I don't get offended by anybody anymore. :-D DFA
SuperJerk 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2004 Out of 124 shows on prime time network television, Smackdown in No. 121, ahead of only the dying Rock Me Baby, the nearly dead Mullets, and UPN Night at the Movies. The upside is that the cost of the show is far less than just about any show on television, so it is profitable even though it's 3.4 rating delivers ad rates of a show that would do well below a 2.0 Hmm... That's odd, when you factor in traveling costs, a far larger "cast," the costs to ship the large sets, probably needing far more cameras and a larger production crew, more shows needing to be produced in fewer time, etc. I'd think it would be more. Or do they mean cost for the network, which would be very little? Two things you are forgetting... (1)Talent pays for its own travel costs. (2) They probably make anywhere from $200k to $600k in ticket sales per tv taping, which offsets production cost significantly.
