Guest JMTapes Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 Where is he? Last time I checked, he was still in the Metal opening. Is he injured, or what? -Jim www.jmtapes.com
Guest HartFan86 Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 He's got some type of Stomach problem.
Guest Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 He'll be loss # 345 to GODLBERG in his 1000 win streak after he comes to the WWF.
Guest Some Guy Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 Blackman has a neck injury I think, or migranes that are carreer threatening.
Guest Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 Career threatening?!?! Wow. How long has been at home from his injury?
Guest Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 Seriously, since the time he's been gone, guys have been born, gone to wrestling school, and made careers. Jeez.
Guest Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 He is having career threatening migrane headaches
Guest Nater Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 Career threatening lack of moves.. wait... MAKE THIS MAN A MAINEVENTER!!
Guest Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 when was the last time he was a television? last time i can remember was survivor series 2002 when he teamed up w/ molly and crash but he has been around since. hasn't he?
Guest Choken One Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 Damn dude, you can see the future? Seriously, Whose really missing him? Dude may be tough but his body is weak.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 there's nothing wrong with the guy, he's just an average, AVERAGE worker.
Guest Mik at Cornell Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 I actually thought Steve Blackman was hilarious. Remember the interview when he didn't look at the camera at all, he just looked at Terry Taylor. You can't put a price tag on unintentional comedy like that.
Guest Posted April 18, 2002 Report Posted April 18, 2002 I hope he comes back soon. Then we could see the amazing return of Headcheese!
Guest One Bad Apple Posted April 18, 2002 Report Posted April 18, 2002 That's sad to hear. Whatever happened to that heel turn Head Cheese did at WrestleMania, by the way? Never went anywhere.
Guest dreamer420 Posted April 18, 2002 Report Posted April 18, 2002 Whatever happened to that heel turn Head Cheese did at WrestleMania, by the way? Never went anywhere. That wasn't a heel turn. Everyone wanted to see the cheese get his ass kicked.
Guest muzanisa Posted April 18, 2002 Report Posted April 18, 2002 Was it a heel turn? I thought they just beat up Chesterton McCheese? Didn't Al turn serious to keep the team alive and snap during a Blackman match and come out with Head, breaking up the team? Or do I have it all backwards. My memory is shot to hell these days. Damn these new drugs laws.
Guest Mik at Cornell Posted April 19, 2002 Report Posted April 19, 2002 I think you got it. Funny Blackman story. One of my friends in high school was a total Blackman mark, and when we went to Royal Rumble 2000 in MSG he was running around trying to get Blackman chants going when he was in the Rumble. Needless to say, he wasn't too successful.
Guest Posted April 19, 2002 Report Posted April 19, 2002 Blackman was a decent worker, just never found a nitch to be pushed in. Until he became hardcore champion and actually held it for like 3 months... Blackman was touted during the Whole Dan Severns, Ken Shamrock, Owen Hart, Shoot fighting feud as one of the toughest men, its hard to look tough when you aren't pushed, For Example During the Lions den match between Shamrock and Blackman Blackman knocked out Shamrock with that cane shot, and He WENT to the door out of the cage, he would have won, but no one let him out, He forgot, Oops He was suppose to lose, so he woke up Shamrock with a Few Kicks, then Shamrock Bounced him off the Lions den with a few overhead suplexes and won the match... Bogus. Blackman should just be given the right to be a fricken tough man without trying to stamp a fake personality... His gimmick could be simply being frustrated at others trying to make him dance around and joke, just be a hard ass fighter. a Shame he is injured, But even when he heals up where would he go? Raw for the Hardcore title, or Smackdown for some odd reason, since Smackdown doesn't even have one heavyweight singles title to defend, other than the World title that goes both ways.
