But today, he kept staring at me when the teacher was lecturing. I sit by the door, and the prof is on the otherwside fo the classroom. But this kid completely shifted his body and was checking me out. When I looked over at him, he quickly turned away. Whatever, no big deal. Minutes later in my peripheral vision, I see him staring at me again. To avoid the ackwardness of it all, I didn't look over to embarrass the damn kid again. Is it wrong of me to hold utter disdain for this guy now? Even if he doesn't want my ass, I'd prefer if fuckers wouldn't stare at me in class. Anyway, thats my story. Good-bye.

You have every right to be angry, and I even think confronting him is in order, but you want him to stop, you don't want to destroy his universe. Call him aside and tell him you've noticed him looking at you and you want him to stop. Tell him you don't know and don't care what his sexuality is, and that as long as he promises to stop staring at you, the issue will stay between you and him. Chances are, he'll stop. If he doesn't, he deserves whatever he gets.
