Guest JMA Report post Posted March 10, 2004 We've all heard the rumors that ECW may be brought back. If it is (and that's a BIG "if") who do YOU think should be in it? Obviously, not everyone in this new ECW can be from the "old" one. There may also be the need to hire new workers and put wrestlers in it that have never been in ECW. Also keep in mind that Vince will probably be unwilling to let any of his "major" stars go to a non-WWE brand (albeit one owned by his company). Here is who I think should go to the new ECW. Wrestlers: Rob Van Dam Rhino Tommy Dreamer Spike Dudley Shannon Moore Matt Hardy Version 1 James Maritato Yoshihiro Tajiri Lance Storm Ultimo Dragon Paul London Nova Joey Matthews Bane Seven The Blue Meanie Chris Chetti Jerry Lynn Justin Credible Mike Shane Todd Shane Mark Briscoe Jay Briscoe CM Punk Sabu Stevie Richards Non-Wrestlers/Announcers: Joey Styles Cyrus Paul Heyman (authority figure and occassional announcer) Joel Gertner (ring announcer) Managers/Valets: Dawn Marie Alexis Laree Francine Beulah Bill Alfonzo So, who does everyone else think should be on the roster? Don Callis (Cyrus) has pretty much retired from wrestling world, getting some high-up office job recently, making his weekdays completely unavailable. deancoles 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2004 I'd use guys like La Parka and Norman Smiley as opening match comedy acts so the crowd gets into the first match.I'd sign a few wcw luchadors like Psicosis and Juvi and i'd sign Ultimo Dragon so i could use Toryumon wrestlers.
