How do I unsuscribe to a forum?

I accidentally pressed Subscribe to this Forum in the WWE forum, and although I visit the forum a lot...uhhh...I don't wanna be getting updates every time a new post happens there! LOL. So, how do I unsuscribe? I went to My Control Panel and expected to find something about Subscribing to stuff, but I can't find anything. Thanks in advance.
