Obviously it wasn't them, but if you pay attention, when the camera men pan the crowd after Brock/Goldberg you can see a guy dressed up and have his face painted with the green hair like Doink, and sitting next to him is a smaller clown, which must be Dink.

 

 

So "Hogan", "Savage", "Doink", and "Dink" all running wild during Brock/Goldberg. No wonder the crowd was entertained for some odd reasons.

I noticed them during the Chris Jericho/Christian match. I just abruptly yelled out DOINK AND DINK! And everyone just stared at me but soon they saw the men the myths the legends too.
