I just looked it up on IMDB and it totally tanked. $85 million budget and only $47.6 million in American theaters. I'm surprised Rock could get an acting gig after that, at least not for what he's apparantly getting paid.

After the meltdown Heyman is having this week saying that he never wants to see any of these Smackdown superstars again, I can't see him lasting too much longer. Vince will say that he is no longer fit to run his brand, so he'll bring back Stuffany McHam (Thank you, RRR). Then Heyman will either form the ECW brand that's being rumored or just not have a role. Anyway, I can't see him lasting much longer as the Smackdown GM, especially after how he's running the show this week.

NYU Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 I actually thought Haas did a better job than Shelton in that match. Charlie actually told a story. He tried to be a civil opponent at the beginning, sticking with simple submissions and not getting too violent. Yet, Shelton kept joking around and treating Charlie like a non-threat. Every time he did this, Haas was getting angrier and angrier. Finally, he snapped and began to beat on Benjamin as if he was an enemy and not really a tag-team partner. You could see the anger as Haas began to bust out clotheslines, elbows to the face, side suplexes, and germans. Finally, his anger got the best of him and he forgot about the spinkick reversal that Shelton always does. Haas actually did an admirable job of building a story in a 5-minute match. Once again, he isn't given enough credit as he should be. Haas > Benjamin.........?
