Was there a quota where you worked, like you had to have a certain amount done by the end of the day, or was it more the style of "this is never ending work so just keep going until the end of the day and whatever is done, is done" ?? Anything else you can tell me about it too, would be nice. I know going in it is going to be tedious work.

If it's time sensitive material, then there will probably be a quota to meet. If it's just static backup stuff, then there might just be a, "Get alot done, but don't kill yourself" mentality.
