Puerto Rican star Eddie Colon to be in next X Cup

According to Puerto Rican wrestling insider Armando Rodriguez over at 411, Eddie Colon of his father (I think) Carlos Colon's World Wresting Council is going to be working in one of the upcoming International X Cups. Dutch Mantell and Jerry Lynn both recommended him to TNA execs. Lynn worked with him MLW and that's being said to be one of the reasons Lynn praised him. Eddie was backstage at TNA this past Wednesday.

OHH...I saw that match with Lynn on MLW. I knew that name looked familiar. Yeah...he was pretty good...and that was against Lynn who doesn't really work the X style.

I had an interesting idea, but it wouldn't work.

 

If anyone ever played WCW Wrestling on NES, the game style for tags is a tournament like from Starrcade 89. Each team fights once until every team has fought each other.

 

Get certain amount of points for a win, loss, CO, and DQ.

 

The problem is this would take too long and most fans would shit on it (if I remember the Starrcade 89 thing was not well recieved)

They should make it spread over two nights...all those teams in one would really rush things unless they find a format that could fit them all.
