Fuck that, I like Confidential.  I'd rather have Velocity cancelled if it came down to it.

Velocity recaps Smackdown in markets where UPN isn't available.

 

Velocity recaps matches, events and angles, whereas Confidential doesn't.

But if you replay Smackdown afterwards, does all that really matter?

Seeing this replay, what I think they need to do with Evolution is fire Orton from Evolution (so Orton turns face), have Christian and Trish join Evolution. Jericho and Edge could feud with HHH and Christian and Orton can feud against Batista (it would suck but it would keep Orton and Batista away from others).

Ooooh, they're pretty bad, but I disagree. Coach and Al realize nobody in the office is watching Heat, so they're just goofing around. I have no problem with tonight's commentating. It beats hearing JR's cliches and that little asshole Cole saying geeky stuff like "Smack your TV!" all the time.

they overdubbed edges theme on the replay? they did that on raw last night when they showed a clip of last week, yet when edge came out he left to the rob zombie song. huh? maybe rob told them they can now only use it once a show, or the deal is about through and they will have to get a new theme for edge. I think wwe should personally make all their songs again, cuz then they would be on the dvds and video games without a problem.

 

anyways, I thought it was dumb to air heat with recaps, followed by the raw encore. although I guess it coulda enticed viewers. and the reason the encore aired probably was so that people who missed raw could see it or thosedon't watch regularly (or casual fans) would watch it and get hooked by the angles.

 

and please save confidential, I enjoy watching that on saturdays (although this shows I have no social life lol) I even tape it, I have every episode on tape (and the ones I missed I taped on the reruns by luck) except for one last june. lately, it's sucked, except for the classic matches segment and the behind the scenes look at mania they had last week.

oh, one more thing, I enjoy the coach and al commentary. They make fun of everything and everyone since they know no one is watching. Al constantly calling every jobber __________ Babaganoosh is pretty funny (though it's grating now) and coach is entertaining as a heel. but heat could be so much more. Use it to showcase the people who don't get on RAW regualry. Instead of jobbers, have the midcarders wrestle each other, with heat-exclusive storylines and feuds. That's kinda like how wcw was trying to book staurday night towards the end

Replay is a great idea...some people think it hurts the live show, but it doesn't...those who have always watched RAW at the current time slot will continue to do so....same thing goes for Smackdown..it actualy helps Smackdown because many don't get UPN so it expands it to a bigger audience...

 

HEAT, and Velocity are just a waste of time and money...cancel those shows and replace them with RAW and Smackdown...but keep Confidential...

Another good idea is that its a good introduction to a "new" episode of RAW having it on Sunday...and a good introduction to a new episode of Smackdown if it replayed on Wednesdays...
