Guest Goodear Report post Posted March 29, 2004 I can't say I'm dissapointed that I lost since I put John over anyway. But I honestly think this does a pretty good job of getting around the usual 3-way pitfalls of tossing someone out of the ring for the majority of the match or having a million 'break up the pin' spots. So in that respect I'm happy with the work and think that a few of the spots were pretty nifty as well. Enjoy. ---------------------------------------------- “This next match is going to be one hell of a battle,” reports The Cyclone Comet as we return to Storm. “We are not only going to see heated rivals Annie Onita and John Duran fight it out, but United States Junior League Champion Coy West will be joining the fray as well. You have to think that the winner of this match is going to be right in line for the next title shot against the SWF Champion Charlie Matthews don’t you think Bobby?” “I do think,” replies the hammering homosexual, “that is what separates me from everyone else that works for this company. John Duran should already have a shot at The Grappler right now and he will destroy everyone in his path until he gets that shot. You put two people in front of him and he will knock both of them down. If Charlie would just stop hiding, we could get this whole thing out of the way.” Funyon calls into his microphone, “This next match is scheduled for one fall and will be contested under triple threat rules!” Doesn't have to be perfect, Baby every little piece of the puzzle doesn't always fit perfectly, love can be rough around the edges and tattered down the seams, Honey if it's good enough for you it's good enough for me Oh you don't mind if I show up late for everything, When you lose your cool, It's kinda cute to me, Ain't it nice to know that we don't have to be Perfect, Baby every little piece of the puzzle doesn't always fit perfectly, love can be rough around the edges and tattered down the seams, Honey if it's good enough for you it's good enough for me Oh your good enough for me, Yeah your good enough for me, Oh your good enough for me With that song playing out through the speakers the crowd begins to swell as they look out to the entrance way to see just how Coy West will be coming down to the ring this time around. And indeed the redneck warrior does not disappoint as he comes riding out behind the wheel of a car that made the trip from Georgia to Texas and back again in just 24 hours. Riding along in the firebird from the hit movie Smokey and The Bandit, Coy does his best Burt Reynolds impersonation as he roars down the entrance ramp. Parking the car, West stands up in his seat to the joy of the crowd as he smiles brightly into the camera. Pulling his cowboy hat off his head, Coy flings it into the crowd before exiting the vehicle and sliding into the ring as Funyon continues to announce his presence. “Weighing in tonight at 241 pounds and hailing from the S. S. General Lee Jr., he is the reigning SWF United States Junior League Champion. He is ‘The Coyote’ COYYYYYYYYYY WESSSSSSSSSSST! And his opponent…” With the sounds of ‘Risky Gamble’ playing through the arena, the crowd swells in a completely different way as they see the virtual representation of Onita appear on the SmarkTron. With the crowd looking on with wild expectations, Annie raises her finger into the air like a gun and gives it a little tug… BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! With her twin sister Allison trailing behind, Annie finally makes her powdered blue entrance into the arena proper. Sliding her hand down the Bandit’s car with a suggestive caress, Annie takes a moment to enjoy the classic lines of the car as she passes by as the crowd basically all wishes that they had an engine. With cigar in hand, Annie hops up to the ring apron and gives one last haunting puff into the air much to the delight of the crowd before handing the cancer log over to her sister before stepping through the ring ropes. Wandering over to the Coyote, Onita gives the hardcore Christian a raised eyebrow before passing him by and heading into the ropes. Climbing up the turnbuckle, Annie calls for more cheers as Funyon calls her information out. “She weighs in tonight at 173 pounds. She is Ichiban! She is ANNNNNNIE ONITAAAAAHHHHHHH! And finally…” NO! NO! NOTORIOUS! Finally having something to boo the crap out of, the arena fills with a wave of wide revulsion as ‘The Notorious’ John Duran. Duran stomps his way through the entranceway with his usual foul mood in wide display, Duran soon arrives at the Thunderbird with the look of someone that really cheered for Sheriff Buford T. Justice in the entire affair. With the look of a man that simply does not give a damn, Duran steps right onto the back fender of the car before walking all the way across the trunk of the car and to the hood as the crowd simply gasps at the defacement of the famous movie vehicle. John Duran though simply lives to piss people off and he stomps all his way right over the car as Coy West looks out of the ring like the victim in a horror film. John continues to simply bark at the crowd close to the ring as Funyon finishes his duty for the moment. “And hailing from Champaign, Illinois, he weighs in tonight at 268 pounds. He is ‘THE NOTORIOUS ONE’ JOHNNNNNN DURANNNNNNNNNNN!” With Funyon out of the ring, John rolls into the ring and right into the maw of Annie Onita! Basically grabbing Duran and shoving him right back into a corner, his hated rival pops her opponent in the top of the head with a right hand. Grabbing the top rope, Annie continues to batter away with a number of hard slicing kicks that cut Duran across his hard physique much to the delight of the capacity crowd. But Annie’s attack is cut short as she is grabbed from behind and pulled out of the corner by the USJL Champion who has other plans. Fortunately, his plans also involve beating the crap out of John Duran! Using his trademark looping right hooks, Coy rocks John right underneath the jaw with a series of punches time and again. But his assault is also cut short as Annie Onita grabs him by the shoulders and pulls him out of the corner as well. “What the hell woman!” shouts Coy as Annie cocks back her fist ready to knock the redneck bastard on his ass if he gets in her way again. “He’s mine!” “But my car!” Annie looks deep into the eyes of The Coyote as his outrage boils high and heavy. Silently Annie comes up with the solution to all the drama, “Spilt him?” Coy looks at the lesbian laser, “Sure.” Immediately both Annie and Coy grab the mildly recovered Duran and shove him backward into the corner once again. From every angle comes down the flurry of what only can be called by the man named Dusty Rhodes as a clubbering from both of the fan favorites to the most hated man in the arena! John is driven down to his seat in the corner as Annie and Coy simply changes from punches to kicks. Mashing John into the corner with a furry that can either be caused by a long running battle or by messing with a man’s car, Coy and Annie enjoy their partnership until finally they both break away from the lump of muscle that used to be John Duran. “Happy?” asks Annie as Coy backs into the center of the ring with his erstwhile partner. “Yes,” replies Coy. “Good. We fight now?” “Sure,” smiles West. SLAP! Cutting through the air comes a kick from Ichiban that catches Coy right behind the knee and drives the redneck warrior down a knee. Stepping into her opponent, Annie peppers Coy across the top of the head with a number of stunning blows that finally knock the USJL champion flat to the canvas. Instantly rolling to his feet, West is still off balance as Annie pushes him back into the ropes and flings her opponent across the ring with a whip. Exploding right behind her opponent, Annie runs West down to the canvas with a running clothesline that knocks The Coyote flat to the mat with an incredible blow. But as those two wrestlers slam each other, it allows John Duran a chance to pull himself up by the ropes. Trying to get the advantage, Duran rushes out of his corner at what he hopes will be the unsuspecting Annie Onita. Hopes are fleeting. Ducking her shoulder at the last moment, Annie elevates Duran into the air with a backdrop toss that sends the 270-pounder down to the canvas yet again. Floating over her opponent, Annie catches Duran underneath a mount before pulling her fist up to display to the crowd. Blowing a whiff of air over her knuckles, Annie starts to blast John across the face with a number of hard punches that all find the mark that they want as the crowd counts along… ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE! TEN! Rising up to his feet, Annie shakes out the numbness in her fist as John deals with his far larger deal of pain. But as Annie turns about a bit she finds the USJL Champion there to land a right hand of his own against his aggressive female opponent. But unlike everyone else in this match thus far, Annie is not about to just take a punch and not fire back. Smashing Coy right back in the face with a punch of her own, Onita enters into a contractual brawl as Coy starts to exchange hard shots back and forth with neither grappler giving up an inch. But as both wrestlers battle back and forth, Duran once again manages to get up to his feet seemingly out of the view of both of his opponents. But Duran is simply too damn big to hide for long as suddenly Annie and Coy put their battle on hold… CRACK! CRACK! To knock John down back to the canvas with a pair of stereo superkicks right to the chest! Struck hard, John falls strait back to the canvas and rolls into the ropes as Coy and Annie look back at each other for a moment before West quickly strikes first with a front kick right to the breadbasket. Quickly grabbing Annie by the wrist, West flings her across the ring and into a turnbuckle before jamming her against the pads with a rushing clothesline from deep downtown. Immediately transitioning into a headlock, Coy looks about the ring a bit in a huff before rushing ahead with Annie in tow and driving her face into the ring canvas with a running bulldog! Shoving Ichiban over onto her back, West tries to steal one as referee Eddy Long slides into position to count… ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNE! TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! KICKOUTRIGHTAFTERTWO! Exploding from underneath Annie Onita works her shoulders off the canvas as Eddy’s hand hits the canvas for the second time. But she is still down on the mat as Coy gets up to his feet and drops the leg down across her sternum with a measured blow. But as Coy gets to his feet once again, he finds that finally John Duran has found the opening to strike back at one of his two oppressors. Springing out of a crouch in the corner, The Notorious One crushes the USJL Champion in the midsection with a viscous tackle that crushes West right down to the canvas. Rising up to his full 6’8” worth of height, John roars out in anger as the crowd simply turns their attention to booing the arch villain as he turns his attention back to Annie. For as the gallant warrior woman starts up to her feet, she is met with a swift boot in the gut before John gets a better grip and propels her up and over his head with a military press! Holding Annie up on high, John moves over to the groaning West and simply uses Annie as a weapon to crush West underneath her hurtling body. “OH HO!” laughs Bobby Riley as both fan favorites grasp at their bodies underneath the velocity of their collision. “See this is what makes John Duran oh so very dangerous. He is not only big and bad enough to beat the hell out of these two morons, but he’s smart enough to use them both as weapons as well. Annie would never think of that and Coy would never even think in the first place.” Slapping his forearms against his own chest, John continues to hold court in the middle of the ring as he grabs Onita by the back of the head and pulls her into doubled over position. Keeping her head down, Duran starts to batter his rival right in the middle of the face with a series of hard uppercut style knees! Hammering his foe time and again, The Notorious One does what he wants for as long as he wants before he imply tosses Annie away by the head and to the canvas in a heap. Walking from one side to the ring and then to the other, Duran points to the outside of the ring as the crowd reacts with the blackest vile they can summon for this wretch of humanity. John leaves Annie where she lands for the time being as he heads to go after his other adversary who is still trying to recover from having a lesbian dropped on his chest. Grabbing two handfuls of mullet, ‘Notorious’ John Duran bends Coy over at the waist just as he did to Annie and begins to slam him in the face with the same series of knees that battered Onita a few seconds ago. But this time as the fourth knee strikes Coy in the face; he does manage to hook the knee in order to avoid any further punishment from that limb. Not impressed by that pathetic excuse for a strategy, Duran simply transitions to dropping the neutron bomb equivalent of a forearm in the hope of knocking Coy off his leg. But instead, West continues to lock onto the leg regardless of the punishment that John can dish onto his plate. But that is another factor in play by the name of Ann Onita. Getting to her feet and getting a clear indication of the situation, Annie rushes ahead and springs off Coy’s back for a… BOOOOOOOOOOOM! SHINGING WIZAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD! Bashing John right down to the canvas with the shattering springing knee to the face, Annie quickly leaps on top of the member of The Unnamed in order to steal this match away! ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNE! TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! THRENOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! At the last moment, John brings his shoulder off the canvas in order to keep this very important match alive! Grabbing Duran by the head immediately, Annie once again uses her brawling prowess to batter her opponent on the top of the head with hard right hand as she pulls him up and off the canvas. Pushing Duran back into the ropes, Annie tries to shove him into the ropes only to have the much larger Duran reverse and send her into the strands instead. Lowering his center of gravity as Annie comes back into range, John pushes her up and over his head for the second time in so many minutes. But this time, Duran does not get away with such an impressive move as Coy appears back into frame with a kick to the stomach that frees Annie from one trap only to land her in another as West catches her out of midair with a fireman’s carry! Immediately swinging Annie around in the carry with a tight turn, Coy uses Annie’s legs to strike Duran in the face yet again and knocks him down to the canvas. But the swinging does not stop there as Coy continues to use the airplane spin against the struggling Ichiban who is already trying to tear her way loose. Her efforts obviously not in vain, Onita manages to grab a hold of Coy in a front facelock and swing him downward into the canvas with the stunning makeshift DDT! “What a work of improvisational violence,” calls out The Cyclone Comet just as Coy does a handstand from the spiking nature of the DDT. “Just when you think that she might be in a bit of trouble Ichiban springs out of nowhere and lands a great move just like that.” Riley replies, “Sure whatever you say. Still I sit here without a steak dinner in front of me while these women wander around without a care in the world. Seriously are women good for anything? I say no.” “We all know what you say Riley,” Rolling back to her feet while easily shaking away the few rotations of dizziness, Annie checks over both of her opponents before making her move on the recovering Duran by springing into the air and catching John underneath the jaw with a beautiful drop kiss! Driven back by the force of the blow, John falls backward into a turnbuckle as Annie quickly gets back up to her feet and runs into Duran with another punch across the face. Pushing John back into the corner, Annie grabs him by the wrist and tosses him across the ring with an Irish whip. Running right behind her opponent, Annie breaks into a cartwheel before springing into her opponent with an elbow. Or so she hoped… Flying into The Notorious One, Annie finds herself suddenly trapped in the middle of the move with a debilitating full nelson. Quickly spinning about with Onita in his iron grip, John arches back before smashing Ann underneath the pain of a dragon suplex! Spiked right on the top of her head, Onita flops to the canvas in convulsions as her sister puts both hands over her mouth in shock over the sudden shift in momentum. Smiling wide at the destruction he has brought, Duran quickly turns just in time as Coy comes barreling in with a charge. Plucked off the mat with ease, The Coyote finds his body rapidly turned over and jammed into the ground with a powerslam that immediately leads to a cover of… ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNE! TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! THRENOTGONNAHAPPEN! Comet says, “Two big moves but together and Duran very nearly manages to get this match away from both of his opponents!” “But what a great opportunity to make for himself,” replies Bobby Riley. “That is just what you have to do in matches like this. Get both of your opponents down with big moves and try to capitalize.” Pulling The Coyote off the canvas, Duran quickly pulls him up into a standing head scissors before pulling him up and onto his shoulder in position for a Canadian backbreaker. Holding the 240-pound man up on high with apparent ease, John moves over to where the stunned Annie is still trying to recover from the dragon suplex. Getting his positioning just the way he wants it, John once again uses one opponent as a weapon against the other. Duran grabs West around the chin and swings him down on top of Onita with a modified dominator slam! But as West lands across Annie’s ribs, he has in fact applied a cover that causes Eddy Long to immediately apply a pin fall! ONNNNNNNNNNNNE! John realizes what is happening in a moment as he kicks West across the head and knocks him right off Onita and over to the other side of the ring. But John is not done there as he immediately drops on Annie himself in the hopes that he can grab a hold of the pin that West would have gotten a moment ago. ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNE! TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! SHWON’TQUITDAMNYOU! Gnashing his teeth together, Duran continues to focus his energy on putting Annie Onita away as he grabs her by the hair and drags her up to her feet. Quickly smashing Annie in the chest with two hard and well placed knees, The Notorious One continues his assault before lowering his center of gravity in order to lift Ichiban for a powerslam. But as he lifts, Duran feels his grasp of Onita slip loose as she floats over his shoulders and land behind her opponent. Quickly and desperately looking for a chance to turn the tide, Onita springs into the air and catches her opponent in the back of the head with an enziguri to the back of the head! But as damaged as Annie is at the moment the kick is only hard enough to knock Duran forward a few steps… Before Coy West cuts him down! “LEAPING LARIATOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” “All three wrestlers are down!” reports Bobby Riley, “and boy do I hope two of them stay that way.” But unfortunately for Bobby Riley’s cheering interests, it is actually the USJL Champion that manages to get to his feet first as Duran struggles up to his feet. Running up alongside the largest member of this triple threat contest, West hits the ropes on the far side before once again knocking John down to the canvas with a second leaping lariat across the chest. Leaving John down on the canvas, West moves over to Onita in the hopes that she might be the weakest link in the match and boots her in the stomach just as she fights her way up to her feet. Grabbing Annie by the wrist, The Coyote tries to send her into the ropes only to have Annie counter the move in the middle of a whip with a arm wringer. Pulling West back into her grip, Annie ducks her head and pulls West up into a fireman’s carry before dropping him on his head with the Death Valley Driver! Spiked down hard, West is seemingly unmoving as Annie rolls on top in the hopes that the match is only three seconds away from being over. ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNE! TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! THRENOO! DURAN DROPS A LEG! Shattering Annie’s hope of getting the pin off her Death Valley Driver, Duran drops his 270 pounds on top of the female fury. Quickly grabbing Annie around the head, Duran shoves her ahead and through the turnbuckles so that her shoulder crashes into the ring post! Her momentum merely deflected by the impact, Annie falls out through the ropes and to the arena floor in a heap of highly attractive humanity. Allison immediately comes around the ring to check on her sister’s well being as Duran decides that West will be his target for elimination for the next few minutes of action. Virtually punting West across the face, Duran knocks his opponent back flat against the canvas as The Notorious One continues to enjoy his advantage. Grabbing the struggling redneck by the wrist, Duran almost effortlessly shucks his foe into a corner with an Irish whip before crushing him agaisnt the buckles with a thunderous corner clothesline. The force of the blow knocks West off his boots for a moment before the USJL Champion collapses onto his face right in the center of the ring. “THAT’S IT!” shouts out Duran. “I think this will be it,” reports Bobby Riley with a hint of confidence brimming in his voice. “With Onita on the floor, John is going to take that hick down once and for all. Hopefully he’ll just break the little bastard in two. Retiring him for life and sentencing him to a life of being a Wal-Mart greeter.” Pulling West up to his feet, Duran dips in behind West and pulls him up into a torture rack backbreaker in preparation for what will have to be a real incidence of Blunt Force Trauma. Carrying West around like he barely weighs an once, John Duran shows off his prize catch as the crowd boos in the expectation that Coy will soon be snapped in two equal pieces. But as Duran begins to swing West off his shoulders for the neckbreaker, The Notorious One finds that West is stuck to his head like a deer tick. Grabbing onto John’s head as hard as he can, West successfully counters his way out of the neckbreaker and pivots into a headlock that is quickly used to jam John to the canvas with a bulldog from the deepest reaches of the South! WHAMMMMMMMMMMMM! His head bouncing off the canvas, Duran clutches at his face as West starts to wave his own head back and forth with the look of a man trying to get all of his energy together for one last run at the top. Shaking as he fights his way up to his feet, West looks at The Notorious One as his second wind flies into his system. Grabbing Duran by the hair, West pulls the big man up to his feet and smashes him in the middle of the face with a right hook that sends Duran wobbling backward on his heels. Another right hand right hits as hard as the first and knocks Duran flat down to the canvas although the Unnamed member quickly moves back to the his feet as West continues to hop about with an unnatural amount of energy for this stage in the contest. Leaping into the air as John barely gets off his knees, West catches Duran with a dropkick that knocks him right back to the canvas once again. “West is rolling! West is rolling!” calls out The Cyclone Comet as the momentum continues to build for the redneck rampage. “Duran better hope to hell that Annie gets herself back in the ring as soon as she can or this mach might be on its last legs!” Grabbing Duran as he rises yet again, West grabs his opponent by the waist before bringing him right up and down with a shattering reverse atomic drop that makes his liver quiver and his knees squeeze! But the pain does not end there as West continues to use the same grip from the reverse atomic to pull Duran up onto his shoulders and over to the turnbuckles. Raising Duran up jut high enough for his legs to clear the top rope, West sets him on the top before crushing yet again with a hard right hand to the side of the face. But John does not have long to worry about that blow as West quickly scales up to the middle rope and cinches in for the same superplex that knocked both him and Alan Clark unconscious at the end of their contest a few weeks ago. But before West cann toss Duran over his head, he finds an unexpected obstacle! “ANNIE IS BACK!” Leaping up to the apron, the forgotten competitor in the match grabs Coy around the back of the head and pulls him right over the top rope! BOOOOOOOM! Landing on the hard arena floor in a explosion of gristle and meat, Coy holds onto his knee in complete agony as Annie looks down at her one opponent with a shrug as if to say that he would have done the same in a similar situation. But she has bigger fish to fry as she gets into the ring and immediately climbs not only to the middle rope but also to the top strand pinning Duran still in the corner. Reaching down from her perch, Annie secures a double arm and pulls John all the way up to the top rope as well as the crowd rises in a mixture of both shock and awe in the presence of what must be… “A TOP ROPE DAYBREAK PEDIGREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!” “NO BLOCKED!” But before Annie can drop backward to the canvas, Duran rips his arms free from the double arm and claps his wrists around his opponent’s calves! Standing up on the top turnbuckle, John holds his trophy up in the air as the crowd only continues to grow more horrified by the moment! The horror explodes on the scene as John WHIPS Annie to the canvas with a… “TOP ROPE ALABAMA SLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!” BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! “Cover!” ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNE! “SWEET…” TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! “ZOMBIE…” THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! “JEUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS~!” DING! DING! DING! Funyon calls through the din of boos, “The winner of the triple threat match… The Notorious JOHNNNNN DURANNNNN!” “What a great victory!” calls out Bobby Riley. “Not only does he beat Annie Onita but The USJL Champion as well. If I were Charlie Matthews, I would have a lot more body hair. But I would also be scared out of my mind with the thought that John Duran was on my ass!” “Annie, when she broke up the superplex, gave Duran the moment he needed to get his wits back together and come up with a counter and what a counter it was! He just whipped Onita to the canvas from almost eleven feet in the air. Fans if you think that was something, just wait for the main event. It is up next!”
Guest Suicide King Report post Posted March 29, 2004 I rather enjoyed it Ejiro. Although I for one would have to think that a top rope Alabama Slam would get you 10-25 in most states. ; One thing that I did notice was that overall Coy seemed to be merely an accessory in the ring for the majority of the match as Annie and Duran did their thing. This is of course a problem that occasionally comes up with triple threats. One thing I have a personal distaste for is excessive dialogue in the ring during a match as it takes away (for me) from the reality. Occasional outbursts or yelling are good, but civil exchanges, however appropriate, throws aside that whole suspension of disbelief.
