The only rumors about the future that should be considered with any validity should come from Meltzer. He knows his shit. He knew that Benoit was winning the Rumble and the World Title since early January. It was KELLER, the 'Taker Rulz' moron, who said that Benoit was moved to RAW only so he can give HHH the match he wants and then lose quietly to him. The only gray area at the moment that Meltzer has talked about is the Mania ladder match thing but should it happen at Backlash, then it doesn't exactly discredit him.

 

I still say Meltzer is the only person I believe with SHOCKING rumors.

 

Whenever someone posts rinky-dink rumors credited to places no one trusts, then I'll just say "eh", and say I'll wait til Meltzer confirms...unless someone dies. Then thats hard to make up.

One of my biggest wishes when it comes to the news sites is for people to stop believing what comes from Keller's typing - better yet, to not POST THEM HERE. I've been saying that for months. However, Positively Wade ( tOA) keeps the bullshit rumor mill with ample supply, and there's always the demand for it, so it's Basic Economics (no bad Cena jokes please) and all that.

For a time last fall, I thought that Cena would win the Rumble, especially after his face turn. I figured he and Brock would face off at WM (until we found out Berg didn't sign a new contract). As soon as Benoit was booked first in the Rumble, I figured he'd get the win. BTW, as a side note, can anyone explain to me the diiference between the first adn second entrant in the rumble, they start AT THE SAME TIME< yet they always make a big deal out of number 1. Like in o3 when Jericho badly wanted to duplicate HBK's feat in 95 (despite 95 having 1 minute intervals and lasting only about 30 mins) and was mad when shawn got 1 and he got 2, well 2 is just the same, you have the last the same amount of time. Of course no one has matched vince mcmahons feat of being out of the ring and not being eliminated (something close to an hour in the 99 rumble, with austin not too far behind) and when did I go off topic here? sorry. I guess I should start a topic in the general wrestling or old-school file.

Triple H has always had the fire in him, just look back at late 99-2000....He can tell a story in a match, and actually helps the creative heads who are writing stuff make the story interesting, if its a good one....that's why Triple H and Chris Kreski worked so well together in 2000.....plus Kreski wasn't a suck up either
