I do all that is asked of me, and try to weed through the managment double talk babble, but still get shit on compared to my co-workers, even those who are complete shit, cause they make the boss laugh. I walked in and told the FES I needed to order something offline, so he called the MOD over (Stephanie). Stephanie is a bitch, plain and simple. Yesterday she was elevated to "dumb bitch." First, she was like "we don't have time for that." I was like "it's an item that's only available online" Her: "I highly doubt that, we probably just don't have it here." Me: "I did a merch locator yesterday and all it pulled up was oldnavy.com." Her: "Oh, I guess I'll let you do it then." and just hands me the phone and hits the speed dial button for online purchaes. So I made the order myself and everything, which was fine, since by me doing it I was able to let the guy know I'm also an employee (and thus got my discount). He has to talk to Stephanie so she comes over, I write out the check and hand it to her. The transaction's done and she's like "Oh, I didn't know you were paying in store. If I'd known that I would have done it for you." You dumb fucking bitch. Why else would I be coming in to the store to buy something off the web site? She'll tell you to do something and when you do it she is never pleased with it and tells you it could have been done better. That's how it is with the manager I was talking about earlier. I'd gotten like six Old Navy Accounts in three days (this was about a month ago) and she pulls me off of register and puts someone else on because I don't "push ONAs enough." I was like "Have you not noticed that I've gotten like six in the past two days?" Her: "Oh." I then proceeded to kick ass this past month and come in second for the entire store. That shut the bitch up real quick. Now she's all like "good job on getting all those ONAs yesterday." I fall in the category of person who works hard and does everything the boss asks, but is passed over when lazy people who don't know how to do their jobs get moved to different departments in the stores.
