Guest SP-1 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Every few clicks in Internet Explorer, or when I try to open something in a new window, it freezes. I don't know what it is but it is annoying. Any ideas? Is it a virus of some kind?
Red Hot Thumbtack In The Eye 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Run your virus scanner, ad/spy ware scanner, and do a defrag. See if that fixes it. It is kind of a vague problem at the moment.

Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Yes, run your virus scanner, if you have one. If not, get one (I'd recommend purchasing). Go to the Advanced tab in Internet Options and restore all defaults. Have a play around in that section. A warm-boot and a good kickin' can't hurt, either. I'm usually against Help options, but my ISP helps me out every time.
