Yes Survivor Series of 92 didn't have Bret featured as the main event but can any of you say that he is any less of a great CHAMPION because of that?! Bret Hart made okay workers look great and hardly EVER had a good worker to have a match with. Eddie can do the same if not(dare I say) more!! STOP hounding Bradshaw with your nitpicking.....you haven't even watched a match with the "new" Bradshaw yet for crying out loud.. I've seen a match with the "new" Bradshaw and it was fucking terrible. He just about used as many chinlocks in one match as Christian or Orton do, so fuck him. "Give him a chance", my ASS.
reign Posted April 14, 2004 Report Posted April 14, 2004 My post isn't so much about praising JBL as it is wanting Eddie to have credible opponents as to make him one of the better champions we've had. And I've heard that the house show matches have sucked but maybe the pay-per-view match will be better...I'd love to see Eddie versus Angle,Benoit,HBK,Flair,HHH,ect. as much as anybody but the fact is IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN...at least not for a while...and my point is that in the long run this feud serves to build Eddie as a strong Champion...able to beat opponents of shapes and sizes..I'm starting a new thread that I'd like all of you to go to soon about who you would like to see in the title hunt on SD! so that we can get of this pointless subject and do something constructive for once.
