Guest Austin3164life Posted April 20, 2002 Report Posted April 20, 2002 Well, for Austin, the original plan was to be in a huge feud with Chris Benoit, but that's obviously not the case anymore. The WWF seems to be hinting greatly at a Flair vs. Austin feud from Backlash and on. I've always wanted to see these two go at it ever since 1994 when WCW was about to do it. The only thing that I don't like about it is that Austin is still a bit unnerved from his whole WM Fiasco backstage, and Flair is past his prime and then some in the ring. We've already had one big dream match with Rock vs. Hogan, would you guys stand another one with Austin vs. Flair at Summerslam?? Where does the WWF seem to be going with this?? Who would be face or heel?? Just wondering fellas.....

Also, unlike Hogan who has a large physique to beat the "old guy" thing, Flair is not impressive from a physical standpoint and so most fans may view him now as just a weak old man. Personally, though, I'd love to see it if the WWF played it right.
