Damaramu 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2004 Am I the only one playing the ESPN Baseball game? I think I am. And I'm only playing it b/c the EA one was all rented out. Oh well......it's fun so far. The controls are a little awkward IMO and I think the GM mode sucks ass. But I'm playing Franchise right now as Detroit. And it isn't bad so far. Fielding is hard for me though. And I can't ever get a runner to slide for his base! There's no control that tells them to do that though.....they're just supposed to do it......but they never do! Damaramu 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2004 I don't like having to tap several different buttons at once to get the guy to advance to the next base. Pitching is easy in this one though...so is hitting. I hit 3 Homeruns with Pudge in my first game. One was a Grand Slam. I wish it had a tutorial. It's been ages since I've played a baseball game.
