Guest slacklet Report post Posted April 22, 2004 http://www.pwinsider.com/ViewArticle.asp?id=2022&p=1 TRIPLE H AND METALLICA According to www.MetOnTour.com the official website of Metallica's "Madly In Anger With The World" tour, WWE's Triple H was backstage at Wednesday's Metallica concert at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. The following was posted on the site during the show: "We had Triple H hang out backstage for a while, he is now out in the crowd headbanging (hopefully not someone else's head). Apparently Triple H saw these guys for the first time in 1986, a big (yes, BIG) fan of Metallica." Having gone to the Metallica show at Nassau Coliseum on Tuesday myself, I am sure "The Game" had a good time. I wonder if he sat in the seats or ventured into the mosh pits? WWE HOUSE SHOW NOTES (INCLUDING A TOUGH ENOUGH REMATCH) The cards for this weekend's WWE house shows are now posted on WWE's website. Here are some notes from the cards: Matt Hardy will work as a face at the Raw house shows. The Undertaker & Paul Bearer will be at the Smackdown house show in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 24th, but won't be at the Smackdown house show in Wichita Falls, Texas on April 25th. Tough Enough 3 winner Matt Cappotelli will wrestle at both Smackdown house shows. His opponent in Tulsa is his Tough Enough 3 rival Hardcore Holly. Mordecia makes his in-ring debut at the Tulsa event. He will work as a heel. Radio personalities Phil & Brent from 97.5 KMOD will MC a Tiny Teddy Contest at the house show in Tulsa. Kurt Angle will appear at the Smackdown house shows, despite WWE claiming on TV that he's hospitalized.

His opponent in Tulsa is his Tough Enough 3 rival Hardcore Holly. God have mercy on his soul Indeed, if you saw the match those two had in OVW, even then Holly stiffed the crap out of the kid. It's good that Cappotelli is getting some time on the shows though, with the exception of John Hennigan, he's probably the best of the Tough Enough workers by a fair way, it'll be interesting to see what he does when he finally makes his debut. Dude, is that Muta & Molly [aka Miss Madness] in your sig? Yep, it's taken from a NJPW Tokyo Dome show from early 2000, back when Molly was Mona and was still with WCW, they sent her there to do some promotional stuff for WCW. Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 Re: HHHeavy Metal... I'm pretty sure Lemmy wouldn't care, since Motörhead and Metallica get along damn well. Fuck, James wrote a song about how much he loved Motörhead on Kill 'Em All (the song is "Motörbreath," by the way) back in 1983. It's actually one of my favorite Metallica tunes, too...even though it's a punk song.

The day that Metallica attempt to make a living from capitalising on the punk (which is actually pop) wave crashing down on the world is the day that I fire a bullet through my thick, lifeless skull.
