Guest FrigidSoul Report post Posted April 22, 2004 This is something I keep forgetting to put down but Thumbtack inadvertently reminded me of it when asking if I knew who one person was. You need to stop deleting accounts and just move the member into the Banned grouping, here's why. In your mod controls there's a feature where you can look for all posts by somebody with a specific IP#. Now if you place the banned member into the Banned grouping rather than delete them their IP info is kept, so any new member now who looks suspicious you just take the IP off their post and run it in that thing. It'll bring up all accounts that have posted from that IP#. Of course you can't really do that now since you've deleted the ones you've banned, but I advise you go with this method for now on.
