Guest MARTYEWR Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 During an ECW '96 show, Joey Styles was interviewing the Pitbulls before #2's match with Shane Douglas (on the Hardcore History DVD), when Styles asked #1 about his injuries, he replied, "I've had severe loss of feeling in my ... left arm." It just seemed like he couldn't make up his mind where the injury was...
Guest AM The Kid Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 Stephanie to Freddie Blassie: "Just like the WWF...soon you're both gonna die!!!" Not the exact quote but...oh Steph...why?
Guest Luke Argyle Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 >>Miller, Ernest "The Cat" "You people bettah shut up and be quiet when I'm speakin' or I'm gonna go out to my car, get my gi and whup all yo' asses!" "Hey, fat boy! Yeah, you, fat boy! How 'bout you stop eatin' all those nachos and come down to this here ring so I can whoop yo' ass so bad I'll knock the fat off ya!" LMAO. The average Cat promo consisted of the following: "Boy, you so ugly... yo Mama's ugly. I'm gunna whip yo fat ass, boy!" So incomprehensible. Brilliant.
Guest DebilitatorX Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 "Euuuuuhhhhhhh...what a booger!" - Hawk
Guest tetsubeav Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 "Just like the WWF...soon you're both gonna die!!!" Not the exact quote but...oh Steph...why? And who would've thought that she was telling the truth (about the WWF that is)?
Guest muzanisa Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 Wrestlecrap.com had some great ones like the Undertaker demon dizzy and the McMichaels promos Bret at the WWA PPV in Nevada playing a face and Canada beat the USA for the gold medals Round of boos Bret to get face heat back But you're going to get Bin Laden
Guest Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 During the very first In Your House, Diesel was cutting a promo for the main event against Sid and he quoted lyrics from a Beatles' song... something along the lines of "I am the eggman, I am the walrus, coocoocachoo". It made no sense. Also, when JR made a sound like "yuch" and Paul Heyman asked if he was Jewish. It was pretty funny. Some sites were reporting that people were offended by that; I find that interesting considering Heyman is Jewish.
Guest dreamer420 Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 When DX was pissing on the DOA's bikes Road Dogg says to Billy Gunn "shake it more than once and you're playing with it Billy."
Guest Lord of The Curry Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 " Chyna just gave Al Snow head!!!!"- JR, after Chyna hit Snow with head. During the Ohtani/Guerrero match The Dweem goes off on a tirade, discussing him and Tony in the lounge. He then proceeded to use the words "Tony","Martini" and "Ohtani" a million times. " Dropkick right while he was sittin' on his BUTT!"- Stevie Ray There's about a million of those. God how I miss Stevie Ray...
Guest Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 Wait, I just remembered a few more. Let's pick at the Tough Enough winners. Nidia's promo from WWFNY on the night Maven was facing Jericho for the title... man, I don't remember the exact words but it was definitely THE WORST PROMO I HAVE EVER SEEN. It was downright sad. On a lighter note, when Maven was being interviewed by Vivian Garcia before WM, his first line to her was "Lilian, you are correct". Funny how he was trying to sound confident and tough and he comes off with a sentence like that.
Guest tominator89 Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 Big Boss Man, "Big Show, you're a dirty bastard and your momma said so." Big Boss Man, "Boo-hoo, my daddy's dead, my daddy's dead." Big Boss Man, "Big Freak Show" Yamaguchi-san, "We got a big surprise for you, Val Venis. We choppy-choppy your pee-pee"
Guest MARTYEWR Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 I don't even remember what Lance Storm was talking about, or if this was even the exact quote, but he said something along the lines of: "That's about as legit as a three-legged donkey. And we all know that's not legit, because, well, a donkey has four legs!" Thank God he's a talented wrestler.
Guest Ripper Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 That lance storm quote was funny as hell, and not in a bad way.
Guest muzanisa Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 Paul Heyman on Raw. Nobody gets higher than Rob Van Dam
Guest Youth N Asia Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 When ECW knew they were getting kicked off of TNN GERTNER: "We've got pop?! Joey, that has to be the 2nd stupidest thing I've ever heard!" STYLES: "What's the first, Joel?" GERTNER: "TNN's old slogan..." STYLES: "And what was that?" GERTNER: "We F*ck Pigs!" Fuck was bleeped of course...but funny none the less
Guest Frankie Williams Posted March 28, 2002 Report Posted March 28, 2002 Bobby Heenan: "This is the greatest pay per view ive ever seen!!" At EVERY WCW pay per view.
Guest Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 During the Invasion; Hardcore Champion RVD vs Big Show... <Heyman> "Why does RVD have to Wrestle the Big Show? He's 300lbs lighter then him." <JR> "What do you want me to do about it? Make him go on a diet?" <Heyman> "Yeah, I read the Ross Report."
Guest Risk Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 Man, Heyman ALWAYS had JR's number. JR: "I think Van Dam would look great in WWF colors." I can imagin Heyman just smacking JR in the head there. How I dislike the current and most of the past WWF.

He's 300lbs lighter then him." <JR> "What do you want me to do about it? Make him go on a diet?" <Heyman> "Yeah, I read the Ross Report." I miss the comments Heyman would make like that. I specifically remember hearing the Ross Report comment and it was great.
Guest godthedog Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 i really miss heyman and ross antagonizing each other. it was hilarious (in a good way). heyman: benoit just hit austin with the title! ross: well what do you want me to do about it? heyman: i want you to tell hebner! i hope this thread never dies.
Guest Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 Man, Heyman ALWAYS had JR's number. JR: "I think Van Dam would look great in WWF colors." I can imagin Heyman just smacking JR in the head there. How I dislike the current and most of the past WWF. How does that mean he has his number? Here's one. Steven Ricahrds is on Heat during the RTC gimmick and Godfather comes out and Steven talks about how GF is bad influence, etc. and how he hopes he leaves tv. Michael Cole: Why? Hes fun and entertaining! That was his comeback for everything Richards said.
Guest Austin3164life Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 Right before Summerslam, Chris Jericho uttered to Stephanie...... "They should change the name of the line to 'Let the Boobies Hit the Floor' "
Guest gangsteruwa Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 This is the best thread ever.. Here is one. Pillman in ECW saying something along the lines of "All these niggas with attitude." in reference to New Jack and Mustafa.
Guest Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 Cole, circa November 2001: "Here comes Mr. McMahon's 50% owner, Ric Flair!" Cole, TLC III "The champions might lose their titles without being involved in the decision!" Cole, WM XV "Al Snow got a hockey stick from under the ring! The Flyers play here, Eric Lindros must have left it behind!" (Hardcore Holly gets a broom) Lawler: "Do they play curling here, too?"
Guest TripleHsmark Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 On the last nitro, during a simulcast part, Regal tried to implore Vince not to buy WCW. Tony: Yeah, we had to do a lot of weird stuff around here, Steven Regal, like trying to put you over. He just so knew he was done. Stevie Ray: It's on like Donkey Kong Leading up to wrestlemania 8, Ric Flair had photos of him with Liz (actually, in the angle they were doctored, but anyway) During the Savage/Flair title match, Perfect had promised to show the best picture, the "centerfold" Heenan, on commentary: I want to see the picture with the staples in her belly (LONG pause) from the centerfold.
Guest dreamer420 Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 Tony was on during that night during the last nitro. He knew he had nothing to lose so might as well go out with a bang.
Guest Some Guy Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 Backlash 99 Undertaker, "Where to Stephanie?" when he stole her limo and kidnapped her.
Guest AlwaysPissedOff Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 Remember the Chyna-Lita segment where Lita challenged Chyna to a match? Lita: "You know, I was, like, thinking ... that maybe you could give me a match. No, I'm serious. I wanna face you, um, for the Women's title, at, um, Judgment Day." Chyna: "Well, your fanny's gonna be a little red in the morning." Not the exact quote, but that entire segment was brutal. :::: shivers :::: That was brutal, but the later on in-ring segment where Chyna said that she may have to start "spanking" the other women was just downright scary. Can't forget when they both went around smacking each other in the ass, though. I thought I was watching a porno between two cracked out lesbians.
Guest ZGangsta Posted March 29, 2002 Report Posted March 29, 2002 The worst quote that I can remember was Kurt Angle when he had turned face and was leaching ALL the September 11 heat he could. He was about to face RVD. "The fans may be chanting RVD these days, but tonight they'll be chanting 3 other letters louder. U S A." Uhg I just wanted to throw up when he said that. It was funny that the crowd was chanting RVD again by the time the match started.

Because if he came up with that line himself, I think I would lose a lot of respect for him.
