If you watch WCW Greed You'll see a cameo from...

I was watching the Final WCW payperview last night and noticed that during the final match, Steiner vs. DDP, close to the end Steiner pushes a fan at ringside and takes something away from him, hits DDP with it, then goes back to said fan and jaws with him some more. The fan just happened to be Paul London. was WCW planning on bringing him in? Discuss.

Woah, that's crazy. Didn't know that.

And speaking of cameos, Stacy Kiebler is in the audience for Starrcade 1998, they zoom in on her right before Konnan comes out for his match against Chris Jericho (after they show half of his "Psycho" music video.)

Yeah I caught that as well. I think the ppv was in DC and that was about the time Stacy was a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens. So she probably decided to attend the ppv.

There's only one problem with this...

Was WCW Greed good enough to watch besides for just the Paul London cameo?

Oh...and if WCW was still around, I'd like to see London and Kendrick in their cruiserweight (or cruiserweight Tag team) division.

I think at that point, WCW was so lacking in the way of plans that they hadn't even planned on where the following night's Nitro was going to be held.

They needed a plant. Paid an indy guy a few bucks for the job. That was probably the extent of their plans for him in WCW.

That is propably the only reason that London was there. WWE even uses local indie guys when they need plants.

Chris --- Greed ROCKED. Terrific show. One of the best tag matches ever with the CW Tag Title Final. Jason Jett/EZ Money in a good match that makes you wonder why he can't work for either WWE or TNA. Terrific Shane Helms v Chavo match.

Take away a lackluster top of the card and you got a show very much worth watching.

Never saw it, but I heard Steiner / Page rocked all kinds of houses.

Not THAT great --- but lord the CW Tag Title Final was something to behold.

Most certainly.

Kwee Wee/Jason Jett (EZ Money) is a fantastic match (one of my favourites), the Crusierweight Tag Team Title Final is great, Chavo/Helms and Page/Steiner are both good and Flar/Jerrett vs. Dustin/Dusty is decent.

Certainly worth checking it out.

Was this the match where DDP did one of the sickest blade jobs I've ever seen?
