Guest Real F'n Show Posted May 9, 2004 Report Posted May 9, 2004 This being your favorite matches on Heat, Velocity, Jakked, Metal, Shotgun Saturday Night or whatever. I liked Rey vs. Noble from last week's Velocity and Noble vs. London from a couple months ago. Here's some others: American Dragon vs. Jamie Noble (Velocity) Matt Hardy vs. Paul London (Velocity) Tommy Dreamer vs. Jimmy Yang (Heat) AJ Styles vs. The Hurricane (Jakked or Metal) Essa Rios vs. Low Ki (Jakked) Chris Daniels vs. TAKA (Shotgun Saturday Night) Jerry Lynn vs. Chris Daniels (Jakked) Essa Rios vs. Tajiri (Metal or Jakked) All of the London and Spanky tag matches from Velocity. What are some of your favorites that you can recall?
Aero Posted May 9, 2004 Report Posted May 9, 2004 Randy Orton vs. Val Venis (There were a few this year on Heat... good stuff) Team Angle vs. Los Guerreros (Velocity... I think in February or March 2003) Raven vs. Dreamer (Heat in 2002 where Raven won his way back on Raw.) Raven vs. D'Lo Brown (Any of their Heat matches... quite the feud back in 2002) Lance Storm vs. Steven Richards (2 weeks ago on Heat)
Lil' Bitch Posted May 9, 2004 Report Posted May 9, 2004 Velocity: London / Noble Rico / Noble TWGTT / Funaki - Ultimo Dragon TWGTT / Spanky-London (Anybody record this match by chance?) Mysterio-Dragon-Kidman / Tajiri-Akio-Sakoda Ultimo Dragon / Chavo Guerrero Heat: Rico / Steve Richards Test / Val Venis Matt Hardy / Lance Storm
treble Posted May 9, 2004 Report Posted May 9, 2004 TAKA and Crash had a pretty good match on Shotgun one week in late '99 in the middle of the Superheavyweight angle.

AnonymousBroccoli Posted May 10, 2004 Report Posted May 10, 2004 The first WCW match on Heat between Palumbo & O'Haire and Kanyon & Stasiak from July 8, 2001 was a decent, energetic match. Featuring a really sweet pre-Lesnar F5 from O'Haire on Kanyon. Unfortunately, I don't have a good memory for A-show TV matches, so the B-shows really get lost in the shuffle. Thankfully, I've got tapes of almost every Heat since mid-'01 and Jakked/Metal/Velocity since late-'01 to remind me.
Scroby Posted May 10, 2004 Report Posted May 10, 2004 I wish I could remember any matches from Heat or Velocity but I barely watch those because normally I'm out somewhere or at work, but the only three that really stands out are Jerry Lynn vs RVD on Heat for the Hardcore title Raven vs D'lo and Mysetrio vs Kiddman vs Nunzio vs Akio
Aero Posted May 11, 2004 Report Posted May 11, 2004 Bret/Backlund - SS 94 B-shows, indeed... Few other decent matches I remembered. HHH vs. Maven (Heat: I remember it being decent) Dudleys vs. Lance Storm & Val Venis (Heat: qualifying match for WMXX)

HHH vs. Maven (Heat: I remember it being decent) Dudleys vs. Lance Storm & Val Venis (Heat: qualifying match for WMXX) SS stands for Superstars, as in WWF Superstars of Wrestling, and the Bret/Bob match from July that kicked off their 9 month fued
Guest jm29195 Posted May 11, 2004 Report Posted May 11, 2004 Perry Saturn vs HHH- Heat 2000 6 man tag match from before No Way Out 2004

Whoops... but it is quite a coincidence between the Superstars and Survivor Series 94.
