Guest JacK Report post Posted May 11, 2004 It's always making the thinky noises . . . and it shits me. It's pretty new, so I dunno why it's doing that. I mean I have a current Norton subscription, that never finds anything . . . it's not using my internet connection at all . . . nothing comes up in the task manager. I had a huge corrupted file on there that wouldn't go away, but that got deleted thru dos by a guy. So what can I do? Is there anything short of formatting it that'll fix it?
