A sequence of moves that had you wondering how the wrestlers thought up of such cool stuff? The rules are there can't be a noticable break in action like say if someone's been down on the mat for 5 seconds give or take. If there's no action or contact between the two wrestlers for over 5 seconds or so please don't post it. THanks. Right now I'm digging the ending of Bret vs Benoit at WCW Mayhem from the point where Hart tries to suplex Benoit inside to the very ending. Awesome countering back and forth with a great struggle. I loved how Benoit was reaching up with his arms to try to drag Hart down from the sharpshooter into the crossface like he had previously done keeping the spirit of the struggling counters (in the sense that they were desperate to get their holds on at the end) alive. It's one my most have to rewind moments in wrestling. I also dig Benoit vs Hart from Nov 18/98 where Benoit comes out of the corner against Bret using kicks and forearms and than proceeds to hit Hart with two knee shots to the stomach off of the ropes.

TheOriginalOrangeGoblin Posted May 29, 2004 Report Posted May 29, 2004 Bret/Benoit, Owen Tribute match. The end sequence where Bret reverses the crossface into the sharpshooter. Nothing technically great but I love how they struggle and fight for every inch of space. It feels like an Olympic match because you could see by their faces and action how each struggles to lock on his move. A welcome change from a lot of other matches(esp. Benoit/Angle series) where it looks like ballet because everything goes so smooth.
