KOTR Quarter-Finals: Crash Holly pinned Bull Buchanon at 4:08 with a roll up after Buchanon missed a bicycle kick

KOTR Quarter-Finals: Kurt Angle pinned Chris Jericho at 9:51 with the Olympic Slam after Jericho kissed an interfering Stephanie McMahon inside the ring

King of the Ring 1999 should be considered one of the worst PPVs of all time. I'm trying to find a good match on the card and the best I can come up with is the Austin-McMahons ladder match which was **1/2 at the very best.
