pochorenella Posted June 7, 2004 Report Posted June 7, 2004 What's the attendance capacity for the ACC?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted June 8, 2004 Report Posted June 8, 2004 Backlash didn't do great. The buyrate wasn't good, and besides Orton/Foley brawl and a lame main event (decent match yes but not original) the show was terrible.
cbacon Posted June 14, 2004 Report Posted June 14, 2004 If anyones had floor seats along the entrance aisle, help me out. How are the actual seat numbers arranged? For example, I have seats 1, 2 and 3, so would seat 1 would be right against the barricade next to the aisle/ramp, or at the far end? Also, if anyone cares the show seems to be sold out now.
AnonymousBroccoli Posted June 15, 2004 Report Posted June 15, 2004 On the seating chart, it reads "All seats in the stands run clockwise around the arena." So, in the NWFLR section, seat 1 should be beside the entrance way.
Guest krazykat72 Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 a little less than 2 weeks away. Does anyone know how far the Hockey Hall of Fame, Skydome and Air Canada Centre are from each other? Also, any good bars in that general area to kill time between the end of the Blue Jays game and the start of the show? Also, what's the currency like? Will I be able to pay in US dollars or just put everything on my credit card? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Paul Jacobi
AndrewTS Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 Also, what's the currency like? Will I be able to pay in US dollars or just put everything on my credit card? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Paul Jacobi For your own sake, pay with a credit card. Driver's Edge I know gives you the best exchange rate. In any case, the rates they have in USD are total ripoffs, since they're usually not going to give you a good exchange rate.
claydude14 Posted August 6, 2004 Report Posted August 6, 2004 I got an email today telling me that they released more seats, so I snagged some $55 ones in 301 row 4 seats 12-17
Jericholic82 Posted August 7, 2004 Report Posted August 7, 2004 I just mentioned this in another topic but, I have a sign idea for you summerslam ticket holders "I can't believe I went to a ppv main-evented by Bradsahw" though itll probably be confiscated
The Mandarin Posted August 7, 2004 Report Posted August 7, 2004 I just mentioned this in another topic but, I have a sign idea for you summerslam ticket holders "I can't believe I went to a ppv main-evented by Bradsahw" though itll probably be confiscated So it's been announced or are you just assuming?
Twisted Intestine Posted August 7, 2004 Report Posted August 7, 2004 I think by main-evented, he just means one of the main events.. which I know technically doesn't make sense, but I get what he's saying.
Jericholic82 Posted August 7, 2004 Report Posted August 7, 2004 well i originally came up with that when i considered buying a ticket to judgment day but later saw that they were almost sold out and decided not to. you could modify it I suppose to say something similar how about bradshaw vs taker revenge from the april 1, 1996 raw or Minstry members collide or JBL-Taker: my 2nd favorite match ever, all the others in history are tied for first hope JBL breaks out the hand sanitizer in canada , but he may get beer thrown at him (and rightfully so) and I hope conan sends the space needle and cn tower back to toronto for round three on the ppv (or at least have the fed-ex pope do a run-in) or bust out the embodient of every canadian stereotype, the hockey playing mountie who lives in a beercan igloo and loves rush sorry all, Im not busting on canada Im just reliving conans trip to toronto in feb
Guest stylz Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 I'm still on the fence as to whether I should go or not...at the last SD! taping I scored 5th row floors that night for $50....for SS I'll be paying $55 for 300 levels...but at least ACC has great sightlines. Paul, the hockey hall of fame, Skydome and ACC are all within walking distance of each other. And there's gonna be beer tents outside the ACC so no need to finds a bar for in between. And for any of you who are of "clubbing age", I've been told that lots of the guys and gals from the WWE will be @ The Guvernment Nightclub on Saturday night (I'm a promoter/host there, and have met/seen many wrestlers out and about in Toronto's entertainment district). J

RepoMan Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 And there's gonna be beer tents outside the ACC so no need to finds a bar for in between. Do you know if they're they going to back up prices in the beer tents, b/c if they are I would like some info on the bar scene if any knows.
Guest stylz Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 Molson regularly sponsors WWE, so I doubt that they'd be gouging at the beer tents...well, no more than how much they gouge inside the arena. Either way, considering the convenience of being right next to the arena, I think its your best bet. J
Dark Age Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 Is Toronto smarkish? Is there any hope for Eugene getting booed out of the building, or the crowd shitting on Orton's title win?
what Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 Is Toronto smarkish? Is there any hope for Eugene getting booed out of the building, or the crowd shitting on Orton's title win? Orton will probably be cheered after he wins the title.
Dark Age Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 No. It's Canadia, the Canadians will cheer the fellow canuck to victory!
