Exslade ZX 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2004 Damn, I have to get this. He is definitely the only superstar that got me into TNA. The first show I saw when he hit the Spiral tap. I had to see the next show. So I have to get this. I don't buy stuff online...so it sucks TNA doesn't ship products to stores. And they're thinking about toys? Hell they need to get their DVDs out. But I'll have to try to someway get the money up to buy this.
TNABaddboi 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2004 Damn....I'm upset I just ordered the Ultimate X DVD now. I HAVE to have this one though, so I will be once again ponying up more money for TNA. On another great note, TNA officials are currently looking into options for national distribution for our line of TNA DVDs. More on that to come in the next few weeks. BTW...does anyone think this will ever actually happen?
Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2004 It could. UPW has their DVDs nationally distributed, and they're just an indy fed with no national exposure. TNA has a weekly national cable television show and a weekly Pay-Per-View.

TNA has a weekly national cable television show and a weekly Pay-Per-View. IMO, this should have been a bigger priority for TNA than the trading cards and action figure deals. This should have been #2 right after Impact, because more than anything else they've discussed, this could most likely lead to new PPV buyers.
Mecha Mummy 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2004 Good lineup, but what's with the total lack of Styles vs. Raven?
TNABaddboi 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2004 Good lineup, but what's with the total lack of Styles vs. Raven? I noticed that too. Either their #1 contender's match (Ladder match I believe) from March or their title match from August should have been on here.
Guest MikeSC Report post Posted June 14, 2004 Just an annoyance --- but why do they include matches on OTHER DVD's? AJ has had plenty of good matches that weren't on prior releases. -=Mike

Yeah, I was thinking that too. The only match I would have included that was on another DVD would be the 3 way with Jarrett and Raven, not necessarily because it was great, just because of the significance of it being his first title win. Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2004 I'd include the first non-ladder Ki/Styles/Lynn, which they did here, since it wasn't on any prior DVD. They also included Styles' defenses against Brown and Ki, but shoud've also included his defense against Lynn, and maybe his X-Division title loss to Lynn that ended the feud. Also...why no love for the 2/3 Falls match with Lynn that LEAD to the Triple Ladder match? On no DVD so far, and it was better than the Triple Ladder match. 2/3 Falls with D'Lo would've also been good, I think.
Guest Salacious Crumb Report post Posted June 14, 2004 The triple ladder match is probably the most overrated in TNA history. I enjoyed the 2/3 falls with Lynn, especially the 10 minute ironman match.
Guest WordLife Report post Posted June 14, 2004 I HAVE TO GET THIS!!! It should have had Lynn-Styles 2/3 Falls,Styles-Brown 2/3 Falls,Styles-Raven Ladder,Styles-Kazarian X-Title(I mean they could/should add this). I own the previous 3 releases, and pre-ordered Ultimate X Collection(Anyone know if this is a 2-Disc?) And I must have Styles.
