TNABaddboi 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2004 NWA:TNA scored a major victory this week as Comcast Philadelphia has picked up Impact! to air weekly on Saturday nights at midnight. The show had originally been turned down by the station, which later agreed to a two week trial run. Sources at Comcast told me they were, "Pleasantly surprised" by the Impact! production values and by the fan response to the show. The show will remain in its current timeslot. Some programming guides may not list the show as airing this weekend, but it is and will continue to air at midnights. Philadelphia is the number six market in the country and the fact that the show turned the station management from completely negative to positive is a great sign for TNA. The midnight timeslot is probably the best one the company has across the board for the series. I guess the next order of business is getting a better timeslot for the Baltimore market. This is good news for TNA. Now if they could get Baltimore/DC right...
Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2004 Well, in the case that the show doesn't capped by Saturday night, that's great for me.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted June 16, 2004 Yeah, wake up Baltimore/DC! I want to watch this dammit! The only other wrestling I get to the WWE is DCW, which just tends to suck.
