That UPN fed was the UWA baby! The Urban Wrestling Alliance was some of my favorite TV, even though they ran like 3 shows and the matches were subpar even for Indy stuff. Some of the most unintentionally hilarious vignettes were on that show. And the announcer had some lines that were devastatingly hilarious. Any of you watch that show and remember some of the quotes? Some of them were pure gold. One of the only things I remember was there was some guy called 'Money' and about 12 times a match the announcer would scream "He's MONEY" and "SHOW ME THE MONEY" ad nauseum. And that's not an exaggeration. He'd scream this shit out all the time with no provokation.

The team that papacita talks of is The New South. It's not really all that outlandish for somebody that's black to where Confederate colors, since it represents the South these days more than it does slavery...although many people feel otherwise.

 

My favorites are Total Elimination, the 3D, the RDC (inverted side slam + Ace Crusher), and a number of different spots and moves Chris Chetti and Nova did, my favorite being Nova monkey-flipping Chetti towards the 2 opponents, and Chetti then clotheslines them down.
