I also forgot about a great match I had in WWF Attitude, between Steve Austin and the Rock. The damn thing took over 25 minutes, loads of near falls, both guys were bloody messes when Austin finally got the pin off of a stunner.

WWF Raw for Xbox. A lot of these use CAWs, so many I'm not going to bother saying who's a CAW and isn't. Basically, a LOT of them are.

I enjoy watching all-CPU wrestling matches for some reason (in other words, I don't have many friends who like wrestling.) Thus, I made an imaginary tag title (since there is none in the game) on Billy & Chuck and gave them matches against various tag teams. They quickly lost it to the Outsiders. The Outsiders started dominating most all the teams in the matches that followed. Hardyz. Al Snow and Mick Foley (heh), Tazz & Spike, a reunited Edge & Christian, I even reunited the Dudleys and that didn't help. Wondering how appropriate a simulator this could be with the two 40-somethings holding the tag belt. But Hall & Nash managed to pretty much kill teams, usually with one not even ready to be pinned.

Finally, tired, I paired them against Austin & Rock, with Vince and Hogan at ringside representing Heels & Faces, respectively. This match went on FOREVER. Pins were interrupted, rope breaks like crazy, crowd heat flying back and forth. Vince beating up Austin when he was tossed over the rope. Hogan knocking Nash into the ringsteps in the same situation. Seeing how Rock & Austin are both programmed as being insanely over with the crowd, it's pretty amazing to see what a team the opposition were, especially since they're CAWs and thus aren't designed to have any sort of real chemistry.

At one point, all four men are in the ring at once. Rock hits a DDT on Nash and covers him while Austin guards.. One.. Hall charges at Austin! Two... Austin picks him and flips him over! Thr... The tossed Hall LANDS ON THE PIN.

"Two Count!"

As a pure observer to all this, I almost wanted to shout out "MAH GAWWWWD" like JR. Rock/Austin won, thankfully, but that's still one of the best "stories" I've seen in an all-CPU observation match.

Just recently, a pal and I had what was a least a 4-star match in No Mercy. It was a ladder match for the Light Heavyweight title: he was TAKA Michinoku and I was my CAW original, Toshiro Mifune (Height: 5'8". Weight: 205 lbs., from Osaka, Japan. Finishing Moves: Dragon Suplex and Moonsault). The biggest HOLY SHIT moment was as followed: TAKA was laid prone and bleeding on the outside. Mifune had his chance to climb the ladder, which was already in the center of the ring, and retain the belt, but Mifune (a heel) was feeling feisty. He moved the ladder to the edge of the ring, and did a GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKING MOONSAULT OFF THE LADDER ONTO THE FLOOR BELOW~! And if that wasn't crazy enough, TAKA GETS OUT OF THE WAY! He was playing possum!

Mifune didn't have much stamina to begin with, so the experience has knocked him silly. TAKA starts specialing like crazy, picks me up and drags me over to the announce table, where he delivers the MICHINOKU DRIVER~! on the announce table! It collapses, Mifune's losing it, so TAKA runs into the ring, climbs the ladder, and becomes the new Light-heavyweight champ, getting a huge pop from the crowd. The match was about 18 minutes long, and both guys busted their asses all through out.
