Probably an obvious question, but I want to make sure and figured I'd just ask here since I'm not finding much with google. I want to consolidate some tapes I have, most of which have been recorded in stereo; I want to maintain the stereo audio in the recording, the problem (or potential problem) is I have one stereo and one mono VCR to work with. Now, do I need both in and out VCRs to be stereo in order to preserve the audio or is it still possible even if one VCR is mono (and if so, please let me know whether the mono should be the out or in.) Hopefully that made sense. Please help! Thanks!

Can you hook your mono VCR up to your stereo?
