6/24 Smackdown Spoilers

Recommended Posts

Rico is injured, but otherwise got a serious Tag Title reign beforehand.

Rene Dupree is not doing tag team crap matches with Grenier anymore at least.

Sorry to ask, but you'll have to explain your post in a bit more depth: Specifically the part where you call Rico's tag reign "serious."

It's also sad that the only reason I might tune into a Smackdown/Velocity show is for Scoot Andrews.

The "Black Nature Boy" would actually be a good addition to SD.............

Yeah, he'd be an interesting mid-carder for them but I doubt they'd let him use the Force of Nature.

Wow. GAB is actually looking pretty darn horrible.

Mordecai/Holly is so random it boggles the mind. Same goes for Gunn/Suzuki. Torrie/Sable? bleh. Chavo/Rey won't be the same without teh Classic~ at ringside.

The rest pretty much speaks for itself. No way Box Office is getting my money for this one.

Thats what happens when you waist the majority of your build up time treading water. While WWE wasted time with Bradshaw cutting promo after promo and Mordecai doing vignette after vignette and Kenzo doing squash after squash, it would have been far more effective to at least get some stories off the ground that didn't entail concrete pouring (how much more effective would this Heyman/Undertaker thing be if Paul just used Taker against faces instead of leading to this Dudleys thing which threatens to end the angle before it really gets started). There's entirely too much treading water on Smackdown and it leads to PPVs that have no matches built up a week before the show.

You would think if Cena was going to be jobbed to someone it would be one of the other three guys in his match this Sunday. Or they would cost him the match against Taker. Or the Dudley's would cost Taker the match. Or.... fuck it.

Haha. Silly rabbit, don't you know logic doesn't exist on Smackdown or in WWE?

I'm assuming that Holly/Mordy will happen at GAB (is it THIS weekend?).

Yup.

Charlie Haas w/ Miss Jackie d Sakoda with Haas of Pain. Decent little match.

Woohoo! The Haas of Pain is back!

I can't be the only one that would rather see this GAB card than the current one we have now.

You're not. Cena / Booker, RVD / Dupree > Four Way, Holly / Mordecai, Gunn / Kenzo

Maybe Charlie will get a push in the future. Also I hope they give Rey Chavo 20 minutes because that's the only match that can turn out being better than average. The Bash pay per view might be worse than the last Smackdown pay per view which is saying a lot. Paul London needs to leave now because when you don't even have a match on velocity it's over.

Well, compared to his reign with Rikishi, it's serious.

Reign with Rikishi: Rico throws the matches whenever he could, because B&C were his guys and thats who Rikishi won them from.

Reign with Haas: Actually beating people, and having good (on the SD Scale) matches in the process.

Along with the fact Charlie & Rico defeated every tag team on SD except for the Dudleyz. :headbang:
