jimmy no nose 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2004 The review and talking to some other people led me to believe that it was horrible. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd give it something like a 7/10, it isn't horrible. I think people were expecting way too much from it. The main problem with the game is that overall it just plays slow. Guest Ray Report post Posted July 4, 2004 I played it. It's quite disappointing. You'd think after four years of development they'd have a more polished game, but no. The out-of-car portions of the game suck. The missions aren't very interesting. Unlike GTA, there's no controllable radio, and the music is nowhere near what GTA had.
