Bet it was an interesting interview; Elliot's been pro-WWE for as long as I've listened to DC101.

 

I don't know if they still do it today (out of town at college) but they used Angle's theme song during the morning traffic reports for years. It got to the point where I would be watching Raw, Angle's music would hit, and I would feel the urge to say "We've got traffic backed up on 395 south near Manassas, two accidents in Springfield, blah blah"

One of the first questions was actually a shoot question

actually it was a pretty decent interview he did with Elliot he seems very down to earth, his cousin called in bunch of his weight lifting buddies and people from school. evidently he is actually awesomely nice outside of the ring with fans. He had plenty of marks call in who love him. One smarkish guy talking about him being a heel or a face Batistia laughed it off ohhh he knows the terms huh.

 

Elliot got Diane to try to wrap her arms around him and she got all flustered and he all embarassed because of his wife...

I only caught the first part of the INT but thought it was pretty cool too. I didn't want to get out of the car to go to work I was so entertained.

 

He talked about some pretty risque stuff I thought, but I guess it didn't matter since he is HHH's bud. He said that he strongly dislikes Bubba Dudley, as does most of the locker room, which I found strange. He also talked about hating the Deacon Batista gimmick, as well as working with D-Von, and criticized creative for giving him such a lame role. He also talked about OVW and how hard it was to make the change from being the champion there to being a nobody in the WWE.

 

He also said he lives in Reston, which is right by me. COOL!
