Vince McMahon still views John Bradshaw Layfield as a longterm WWE Champion and apparently never had plans to put the Title on the Undertaker at Summerslam.

I have to admit Bradshaw makes a better champion than Orton does. I don't see Orton as a ok world champion at all.

The character is good, but that doesn't mean he should be WWE champion. He's basically been given the belt so Vince can "get back" at CNBC.

Bradshaw doesn't entertain me as a WWE champion or when he was Hardcore champion at least Orton is finally over enough to get the big gold belt but those 20 minute chinlocks has got to go if he wants to be a true main eventer.

Shawn Michaels will not be returning for Summerslam to resume his program with Kane. He is expected back in September.

 

- The Big Show is also expected to return in September. WWE has been monitoring his weight closely so he doesn't gain too much during his time off.

 

- Both Christian and Shelton Benjamin are expected back before Summerslam. Management is high on Christian right now and feels that he will be a solid second-tier wrestler for them.

 

So when these guys all come back, who will be left on the injured reserve?
