Allegedly, Rev. Moon bankrolled Kim Jong-Il's efforts to obtain old Soviet subs that could fire nukes into California. If this is true, it's deeply disturbing; Rev. Moon, as we all know, owns the Washington Times and other media outlets around the world. It smells slightly like a conspiracy theory, but the primary documents are compelling and worth a look.
