Best Internet Service Provider?

I currently have MSN Dial-up (cause I'm a cheap bastard), but it keeps on disconnecting. Every 5-10 minutes. It's really getting annoying. So I've got two questions:

 

1. Anyone else having issues with MSN?

2. What is your ISP, and how would you rate it?

 

I'm trying to stick with dial-up, but if DSL is working well, I'll think about changing it up.

I personally have Comcast High Speed Internet, and I know Mr. Rant loves this, but I give it a 10/10. They (in Salt Lake market at least) have EXTREMELY fast speeds exceeding that of DSL and stuff. Tis awesome

As much as I hate Comcast, their high speed is the way to go.

 

For dial up I like Prodigy and Earthlink. I've had both and had no problems...unlike AOL

I have Sprint DSL, and am currently having problems with using the internet while the phone is in use.

Comcast is just so damndably expensive where I am, it's just not worth it. I'd love to be able to, but I can't.

 

Anyone have anything to say about Verizon DSL?

I've heard that Verizon speeds are lackluster and that it sometimes, isn't that good at all in general. That's just word-of-mouth though, so take it as it is (and that was said compared to my Comcast), so it may have been exaggerated.
