UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 I've always been curious what the hell "Famouser" or "Fame-Ass-Er", depending on who's typing, means? Billy Gunn never did a "I'll make you famous" gimmick... Was there ever an explanation for the name of said move?
Guest Rrrsh Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 It was just a play on the word Famous since he was the "Ass Man" It was very retarded.
GreatWhiteNope Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 Marty Jannetty crippled a jobber with it. Chuck Austin became rich and famous as a result.
tekcop Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 Marty Jannetty crippled a jobber with it. Chuck Austin became rich and famous as a result. There you go. Now you know. Actually, Rrrsh's answer is right.
Enigma Posted August 14, 2004 Report Posted August 14, 2004 It was Vince Russo's SMART and WITTY way to incorporate the word "ass" into his finishing move.
Guest Maccam16 Posted August 14, 2004 Report Posted August 14, 2004 Dude, you wouldn't know wit if it was stapled to your balls...
pochorenella Posted August 14, 2004 Report Posted August 14, 2004 They should just call it by its original WWF name: "Rocker Dropper."
