Guest Cancer Marney Posted October 1, 2002 Report Posted October 1, 2002 Joni Mitchell, A Case of You "You're in my blood like holy wine You taste so bitter and so sweet Oh, I could drink a case of you, darling, and I would still be on my feet Oh, I would still be on my feet I am a lonely painter, I live in a box of paints I'm frightened by the Devil, and I'm drawn to those ones that ain't afraid I remember that time you told me, you said "Love is touching souls," Surely you touched mine, 'cause part of you pours out of me in these lines from time to time..."

Guest Incandenza Posted October 3, 2002 Report Posted October 3, 2002 Hans Zimmer - "You're So Cool" (the main xylophone piece from True Romance) That piece was originally used in the 1973 Terrence Malick film, Badlands. It centered on a couple on the run from the law.

I'm pretty curious to see that movie now.

Guest Kinetic Posted October 3, 2002 Report Posted October 3, 2002 Spoon-Kill the Moonlight This is probably their poppiest album to date. I'm definitely feeling it more than Girls Can Tell but decidedly less than the awesome A Series of Sneaks. Still, it's damn good and has certainly helped getting over the disappointment of that boring-ass new Beck album.
