I use to have that. I remember enjoying it, but Splinter's "Skipping Stones" was lame.

Anyway, "Old Paul," by MC Paul Barman.

Whoa... I have the "Coming Out of Our Shells" tape too. I'm guessing they never released that on CD, right? I should take it to a studio and get it DIGITALLY REMASTERED~!

Inc, is that track from Paullelujah? I haven't heard anything of that album yet (didn't even know it existed until a couple weeks ago). How is it?

Yes, it is. I didn't know it was out until about a week ago, too, and I took the opportunity to play that track on my radio show Friday. I went out and picked up a copy afterwards.

My feelings? Barman's delivery has improved since the It's Very Stimulating EP, though I wish he wasn't so reliant of rhyming every other word. As for the disc itself, it runs out of steam in the second half, but there's still enough good stuff on it for a recommendation.

Cool, I really liked It's Very Stimulating, so I'll make sure to head downtown to Streetlight to check out Paullelujah.

I know what you mean about his rhyming sometimes. The worst example of that that I know is from one of his early tracks, "Enter Panman". Crazy... and not in a good way, it's just so much rhyming that it focuses more on that instead of having lyrics that make sense or even have any coherent structure.

How you doing, by the way? Haven't seen ya around in a while. Guess I haven't been looking hard enough.

Well, back in the day, goodhelmet was the one who originally recruited me to write for the site, and all this time you could say he was my "idol" in regards to high post counts. I never thought I'd see the day...

Six Feet Undedr - "Smoke On The Water" - Graveyard Classics

Second funniest cover on this album. All of the covers are extremely good, almost borderline GREAT, expcept for "Smoke On The Water" and...

..."PURPLE HAZE". Yes, Six Feet Under, one of the worst death metal bands in history, covered Jimi Hendrix's classic "SMOKE ON THE WATER." It's worth a listen, though, if only for the hilarity.
