Origin of terms...

Some wrestling specific terms are quite obvious. "Blade" for example, is called such becasue that's what the wreslter does, he blades.

 

Although, I was wondering if anyone could give me any background info on the follwoing terms, as their origin doesn't seem as obvious and I was curious as to where they came from:

mark

shoot

heel

face
