identify movie for my column

I just got this morning and haven't run it down myself yet, so I thought I would just post it in all of my usual channels. I so appreciate the help. The thing with the shoelaces sounds really familiar.

 

 

"I've been thinking

about this made for TV movie that came out in the mid to late 80's and

was wondering if you could help me out. The basics of the movie is a

family is driving in the car and it wrecks. The little sister ties the

big sister's shoelaces and she can't get out and dies in the explosion.

The big sister comes back as a ghost or poltergeist (or some other

supernatural being) and systematically kills the rest of the family. At

the end the paranormal figure creeps up and is at the edge of the mom's

bed and just says "Hi Mommy." "
