Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2004 I've got 2 wins, both by virtue of the tiebreaker.

Der Kommissar 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2004 I am still shocked I moved all the way up to number three. I was just hoping I'd sneak into the rankings, I didn't expect to go up that high. I guess all these 14-11 victories are starting to pay off. I hope my luck continues against Washington St.
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2004 Since strength of schedule only has meaning in terms of the record shouldn't it be weighted less strongly than the record? I think every major RPI type formula has record count twice as much as strength of schedule. It seems like if you used a 50%/25%/25% formula instead of a 33%/33%/33% formula, you'd get more accurate results.
Bored 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2004 Yes, but where would the fun be in that? Just like the real BCS I want CONTROVERSY~! I did run the 50%/25%/25% formula and there wouldn't be a huge difference in the rankings. Still have 10 weeks left in the season for things to work themselves out. Art Sandusky 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2004 And to think, I almost picked Florida. Loyalty served me well. And I beat the Florida representative here. Awesome.
