Damaramu 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 There's always football on TBS. The OU/Houston game was on it.

Bored 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 I'm more shocked of football being shown on TBS rather than USC being down at the half. They've been showing Pac-10 and Big 12 games since last year. Who is our resident USC guy? Spicy McHaggis. I actually kinda adopted USC last year since I am Pac-10 fan but Stanford is the team I grew up rooting for. Edwin MacPhisto 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Did anyone see the insane hit on Penn State's QB? He had to be taken off the field in the ambulance. I saw it in a restaurant tonight with the sound off, and the entire Wisconsin crowd looked absolutely horrified.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 USC back within four with a touchdown run by Leinhart. Third Q STAN- 28 USC-
Bored 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Reggie Bush is just on another planet. Stanford's defense didn't need a three and out by the offense after that draining 14 play drive that thankfully ended in a missed chip shot field goal.
Guest Salacious Crumb Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Kyle Orton with another huge day as he's now thrown 13 TDs and no INTs. The guy's just been awesome so far. Unfortunately being a Michigan fan I don't want to see this guy at the end of the season.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Touchdown USC The USC defense has just taken over and now Stanford is playing catch up.
Bored 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Unless they force a turnover that's probably the game. Some what of an unecessary risk going for it on 4th in their own territory.

I guess he figured that the offense needed to take a risk and get a spark. Wasn't the brightest of ideas but really had no other choice, they couldn't stop Bush. Damaramu 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Think they'll lose any 1st place votes for this game? They lost 1 for the VATech game and LSU dropped a spot for winning a close game.
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 My boys Louisville looked awesome today stomping the shit out of UNC 34-0. Cards have now held two of three opponents scoreless (the other was UK). One more squash of a jobber (East Carolina) before the big one at Miami on Oct. 14. I've seen Miami twice this year, against FSU and Houston the other night. Neither time were they all that impressive. I'm not going to predict upset, but this will be a good one. U of L doesn't have Chris Rix to choke like a bitch. Quit reminding me Chris Rix is the quarterback of the Seminoles. I swear, he'd be a good QB if he didn't royally suck.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 I think you are worse than Anglesault with your Oklahoma fanboyism... it is getting really irritating. I can't help it that my team is really good. Besides USC should lose some first place votes for that! I mean they lost them for the VA Tech game and they put on a better showing there. Why wouldn't they lose them here? And if they did lose that game the fact is that my team WOULD have moved into first place. And Flyboy. You hate OU for whatever reason.....you've basically said it before. So your opinion on them isn't really valid since you just want them to lose all the time for whatever reason.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Oh and while the Big XII is being talked about. What the hell is up with Texas Tech? That's two huge come from behind victories now!
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Oh and while the Big XII is being talked about. What the hell is up with Texas Tech? That's two huge come from behind victories now! What do you mean what is up with them? They do this every year. They can't play defense, they don't know what the word means. They have never had trouble scoring but defensively they are lost. Damaramu 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 I just meant it seems like they get down on purpose. They seem to have trouble finding the end zone at the beginning of the game so teams go up on them and then they're like "Oh hey! Let's score!" and start throwing TD's like mad. It just seems like they walk around for the beginning of the game with no clue how to do anything at all.

Art Sandusky 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 What an emotionally and physically draining win over Louisiana Tech by my boys. We were lucky to get out of that one alive. ... I joke now because next week is going to be HARD.
therealworldschampion 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 The Big XII is looking to be just above the Big Ten this year. Oklahoma may be the only team in that conference worth a damn. Texas almost lost to Arkansas and will definitley lose a game or two this year, A&M's win over Clemson is not looking that great due to Clemson falling apart, Tech still doesn't play defense, Oklahoma State could impress, but needs to keep winning, and the Big XII North just looks downright mediocre this year. therealworldschampion 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Tennessee-Auburn is going to be a war next week. If Tennessee can split these next two games with Auburn and Georgia, they can definitley start thinking about a BCS bowl. If Auburn wins, Georgia at home in November may be their only obstacle to an undefeated season.

Damaramu 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Damn you SC! Oh well....you're slowly proving you aren't as good as you were last year. How do you figure that? They lost in NoCal last year. But they've had two very close scares. And I think they'll lose to Cal again.
therealworldschampion 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 And I think they'll lose to Cal again. Doubt it. That's a revenge game for SC in Los Angeles. If USC is going to lose a game, it may be the one up in the Northwest against Oregon State if they're not prepared, and Notre Dame could give them some trouble if they keep playing well in November, since that's a rivalry game and the Irish will want revenge for the last two shellackings USC put on them. Dr. Tyler; Captain America 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 Jesus, Dam, you're gonna be hyping up Oklahoma all year even though they only play one (MAYBE two, provided Ok St. doesn't implode) team worth a damn this year, aren't you?
